What is the Serve Team?

The Serve Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. Scroll down to see where you can serve!

A-Team

This team uses their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in various ways during regular church office hours.

Outreach Team

This team’s focus is to be the hands and feet of Jesus bringing God’s love to Albuquerque and beyond. This team will be part of the planning and organizing of TCC outreaches.

Greeters

This friendly outgoing team loves people and helps them feel at home here at TCC.They welcome guests with a smile and encouraging words so their hearts are open to the gospel message.

Ushers

This team prepares people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and communion, and maintaining a distraction free environment.

Hospitality Team

This energetic team connects with guests by offering a warm welcome, helping them locate areas around the church, and giving them any information they may need to enjoy their time at TCC. They also prepare the Family Room and Guest Center to welcome guests.

The Bridge Team

This energetic fun loving team serves in our coffee shop. Offering up coffee, conversation and encouraging words to those who stop by. Engaging people in conversation and information about TCC.

Meals Ministry

This generous team loves to minister to people with food and can include serving in the kitchen at special events, or preparing or delivering meals to help our church family recovering from medical issues, personal crisis, loss, birth of children & more.

Prayer Team

This team of intercessors prays diligently over the service and prepares the way for the Lord. They are also part of our prayer chain and pray over the needs of our TCC family and others. 

Worship Team

The Worship Team helps God’s people worship by creating a powerful worship experience on Sunday mornings and special services through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

Production Team

The Production team helps the congregation worship ‘behind the scenes’, running sound, lights, projection systems, and live streaming. 

Altitude Student Ministries

This team will assist in creating a fun, safe, and  energetic atmosphere where students from Middle School and High School can worship and understand who they are called to be. Background check

TCC kidz Prep Team

This administrative team is available as needed Monday - Thursday to prepare and organize the TCC kidz curriculum and kidz areas to be a support to our Sundays and Wednesday kidz ministries. Background check

TCC kidz Check-In

This friendly team welcomes families as they arrive to our TCC kidz. They are our first impression team and facilitates the checkin process, ensuring families are well taken care effectively and efficiently. Background check

TCC kidz - Sundays

This energetic team creates an environment where kidz ages 3 thru 5th grade are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our kidz through worship, small groups, games and more. Background check

TCC kidz - Wednesdays

This team serves our kidz mid-week during the school year. TCC has a vibrant ministry with the Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries Programs. This is a great opportunity to mentor kidz. Background check

Nursery

This team shows the love of Jesus to babies and toddlers up to three years old by providing a safe, loving, and caring environment while their parents are enjoying the Sunday morning service. Background check

TCCGroups Host

This team hosts TCCGroups offering a place for people to find meaningful community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.

Safety & Security Team

This team manages all aspects of safety and security for Tramway during Sunday services,  Wednesday Grow Classes and additional special events and services. Background check

Parking Team

This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of TCC. They manage the flow of the parking lot for services and events, and assist those needing extra help getting to the church entrance.

Next Steps Team

As hosts of our Next Steps class, this team helps set up and provides all necessary arrangements so our guests may feel welcomed and comfortable while they attend the class.

Web & Social Media Team

This creative team has working knowledge of social media or web design and works to create content including posts, stories, photos and videos to connect with our community and promote various ministries and events.
